Aria Smite
The Kewtian Goddess of Nature comes to Rivals of Aether! Aria is a combo-heavy character with giant, powerful moves and huge ranged attacks.

Neutral Special
Aria throws a seed in an aimable arc! If it hits an opponent, it will turn into a flower and stick to them. Aria can then hold SPECIAl during attacks to detonate the flower at any time, extending combos.
However, if the seed lands on a floor, it’s planted into the ground and becomes a sapling. Using strongs or directional specials within range of the sapling will grow it into a unique plant depending on what was used.
Side Special
Aria holds up an energy orb to charge Solar Beam! Once she has enough she can shoot a diagonal laser. There are 3 stages of charge, each increasing the size and strength of the beam. The move also has a close-range grab hitbox which heals Aria and confirms into the beam.
The charge for this move also increases passively while Aria deals damage to opponents, absorbs projectiles with DSpecial, etc.
Up Special
Aria teleports! Has a hitbox at the start and at the end, and the former grabs opponents and brings them with her. Landing the grab also allows you to cancel the endlag and restores your recovery resources back (besides USpecial itself).
If you have the USpecial plant out, holding SPECIAL will also allow Aria to teleport to the plant, instead!
Down Special
Aria hovers and surrounds herself in an energy shield, which absorbs projectiles and heals her! Releasing the button also has a hitbox, which can be cancelled on hit.
DSpecial can also be used to recover by floating horizontally if you have momentum.
Aria also comes with a stage; Aria’s Garden!
In addition to Aria’s Garden, Aria also has a previously released stage; Aria’s Woods!
– Aria has many taunts, such as normal, up, and down taunts! She also has a secret one if you hold Attack…
– Aria will heal Matt slightly more than other characters!
– If Aria misses certain attacks, you can hit her afterwards for extra damage!
– Set a Aria CPU to Level 1 for an overpowered CPU mode! This mode isn’t invincible, but Aria will use more of her power!
