Neptune
Bubble
Two of Neptune’s special moves can create a bubble that you can swim in. While swimming, you can move freely and you have access to Neptune’s swim attack. However, you can’t use any other attack while swimming, and you can’t dodge either. You can only enter a bubble once before landing on the ground. Bubbles will pop after being out for a while, and they pop faster when you swim in them.
Swim Attack
While swimming, you can press any attack button to dash in the direction you’re facing, dealing damage on the way. The knockback dealt is strongest at the start of the move and scales down as it ends. The bubble you were swimming in will pop when you use this move.
Neutral Special
Neptune throws a small splash of water. If it hits someone, it will create a bubble. If you already have a bubble placed, the old one will pop.
Forward Special
Leap forward to try and reach a bubble to swim in. Helpful for recovery, but deals no damage.
Up Special
Using a small spray of water, Neptune pushes himself upwards. This move is not very good for attacking, but you can enter a bubble using it to improve your recovery.
Down Special
Creates a bubble where you’re standing. You can’t use this move if there’s already another bubble placed or if you’re currently unable to dive in a bubble.
