The Economic Slots in all polities are converted to Wildcard Slots.
Whenever you conquer the original capital of a city-state, you permanently gain its suzerain effect. This effect does not include envoy bonuses and policy cards (dominion, international space agency, etc.)

If the "Civ6 Plus: Harmony in Diversity" mod is also enabled, it will also have the following effect: Whenever you use a builder, you gain 6 Science points.
