Random Starting Diplomacy
Inspired by the Random Diplomacy mod, I decided to take it a step further.
Rather than diplomacy modifiers being calculated per culture, I’ve made it random per faction. Some factions will like you, some will utterly despise you.
Some will like you more because they like those who you also like.
Others will hate you more because you like who they hate.
And others will hate you because you hate who they like.
Etc etc.
This is compatible with everything, including modded factions.
