No Military Alliances
I was playing the Empire as Karl Franz, and everything was going well. But then, out of the blue, some minor Dwarf Clan declares war on me! He wasn’t hostile, nor was he a neighbour. He had no conceivable reason to declare war on me. Have not the Empire and Dwarf realms always been friends?
This was already bad enough, but the thing I really couldn’t forgive, is that he had a military alliance with Solland, who then JOINED the war! They had a fealty of 9!
So I decided, if you can’t use this diplomatic power responsibly, you shouldn’t have it. This mod should disable the ability for all factions to form a military alliance. Yes, the player too. If you want someone to join your war, ask him!
Defensive alliances still work though.
I just put it together in a few minutes, so I can’t guarantee it will work nicely with other mods, campaign scripts or quests (are there quests that require forming a military alliance?). Complain in the comments below if you have issues.
