Description:
Introduction

So, I found it odd that the very first faction I made a victorious playthough with was a bandit queen that had no knowledge of razing a settlement to prove her point. I found another mod to sate my need for bandit savagery, but it was quite half assed and not properly implemented, instead it replaced loot and occupy with Razing. Which I do not stand for. So, I did just that! Zheng Jiang now has a proper way to raze settlements!

Is this lorefriendly? ♥♥♥♥ if I know, is it history friend uuh I don’t know. Maybe? *shrugs* I have no clue and the only knowledge I have about this game’s historical period and fluff is a single youtube video. So don’t rely on my for lorefriendly content here.

What does this Mod do?
  • Zheng Jiang’s faction can now Raze settlements and earn a medium sized portion of Infamy by doing so.
  • Added a new UI element to her campaign preview in the main menu.
  • Extra Info: Unknown if the AI Zieng Jiang will use Razing. If they do, tell me!

Some Info

The base value and conversion rate of Infamy gain by razing is quite a bit higher, but not insanely high compared to sacking.

Vanilla stats for infamy gains on siege loot:
The value of looting and occupying has a base value of 3 (minor settlement) and 4 (major settlement)
The value of sacking and withdrawing has a base value of 8 (minor settlement) and 10 (major settlement)
Regular sacking and withdrawing or looting and occupying has a base conversion rate by -0,050.

So for this mod when it comes to razing, value are as follows:
Value of Zheng Jiang razing has a base infamy value of 16 (minor settlement) and 20 (major settlement)
Zheng Jiang razing settlements has a -0,075 infamy conversion rate, making value a bit higher.

Now what all these numbers mean, ♥♥♥♥ if I know, but it all boils down to testing.

Update 2020-03-20
Removed custom raiding stance. Modified the razing values and not gains loot from it. Worlds perfectly along the new bandit changes 🙂

Compatibility

The mod seems to be savegame compatible, as I have tested this mod with 2 different saves, including my campaign victory save. I’d be careful of other mods that adds new post-siege options.
