Updated the logic for saving Mod settings.
It should now save properly.
Tested this on B42.14 in both single-player and multiplayer with no issues.

4. if the issue still happens in a new save

1. Add support for B42 (Only tested in B42.14), recommended to update to latest game version

3. The way of saving configurations has been modified, no longer using config.json

If you got any error or the mod is not work, please try delete the config.json first, and check if error is still, report it
config can not be change in game, you should edit ‘config.json’ under mod folder
