Hatsune Miku
Hatsune Miku is a leek-wielding sword-user with a Negative Edge Clone.
Her normals, strongs and aerials are based off of Lucina rather than Marth so there are no tippers.
I’m not a big fan of tippers so I hope you all can understand my decision despite her using a weapon that looks like she would have tippers.

Specials
Grounded Neutral Special – Grab
Hatsune Miku grabs the opponent with a disjointed grab. Hitting the grab lets you choose if you want to pummel or not alongside being able to throw the opponent in one of four different directions.
Aerial Neutral Special – Blazing End
Hatsune Miku users her leek as a projectile that can be held with special to be out for an indefinite amount of time. Releasing special causes the leek to do a weak launching attack.
Careful because while the leek is out you cannot use most of your attacks outside of Side Special and Down Special.
Opponents hitting the leek breaks it instantly. Making other attacks usable immediately.
Side Special – Fast Dash
Hatsune Miku gets a quick burst of speed that has no hitbox and no pratfall. She can attack cancel the dash and/or use the horizontal speed to quickly get to the opponent faster than her normal air speed while using the aerial version.
Down Special – Hologram Clone
Hatsune Miku places down a projector that projects a hologram of herself that will remember the first move you used
while you are holding an attack / strong button. Releasing the button will cause Miku to do the held attack and the clone will then be able to hold another move.
You can hold a clone move indefinitely including during respawn, when you’re out of stocks, and when Clone is not currently on the stage. You can still release the move at any time.
Caution: Clone Strongs require Miku to hold the strong for the entire duration to use a strong without getting punished by the opponent.
Hitting the clone breaks it instantly and puts DSPECIAL on a 2 second cooldown.
Parrying the clone also puts Miku herself into extended parrystun.
Up Special – Dolphin Slash
Very similar to Lucina’s Dolphin Slash from Super Smash Bros and goes up quickly before putting Miku into pratfall. The move has a strong hitbox before rising.
