Unify the Maghreb nations of Morocco, Algeria and Tunisia.

Works the same as other minor unifications, you only need 75% of required states. Your flag changes based on where your capital is (Morocco, Algeria, or Tunisia)

Has unique flags and names for:
Monarchy
Republic
Theocracy
Communist
Anarchic
Fascist
