Killable Villagers – Space Police version
Have you ever thought to yourself during a nice walk through a peaceful village: "Wow, I sure would enjoy some mass murder right now!", but being unable to attack anyone, your dreams were shattered? No more! This simple mod makes every newly generated defenseless villager or merchant killable!

Alright, but seriously, here’s some actual info on the mod:
This mod makes villager and merchant type NPCs attackable with any weapon at any time.
Guards and other armed NPCs are unchanged as otherwise they would attack you on sight.
Attacking a villager will make them attack you though, so you can still fight them easily.
Tenants are also unchanged for some reason, but that might be a positive.
Outpost NPCs cannot be attacked because it’s a no-attack zone or something.
NPCs may now call in the Space Police. There’s a 1/3 chance of that happening so watch out and be prepared! Justice never sleeps.
NPCs can apparently call the Space Police when attacked by monsters. In that case, they’ll be friendly towards you.
Should be compatible with all mods.
Villagers and merchants will stop giving you quests (because you’re technically a hostile probably I think), so you’ll have to rely on colony deeds and armed NPCs for quests and crew.

Existing NPCs are unchanged, visit an unvisited solar system or reset your universe folder to see the changes.
A new character should also do the trick.
Update: Added Space Police to keep all of you murderous scoundrels in check.
Update 2: Added Coptops. And by Coptops I mean cop-Poptops. And by cop-Poptops I mean cop-Poptops with cop-tops. And by cop-tops I mean cop hats. They’ll bite your face off. Some Space Policemen carry them in capture pods.
