Arable Land and Resources readjustment
Arable Land Problem:
Paradoxs numbers of arable land dont make any sense, random province in China/Asia can have more arable land then entire Australia/Argentine/Ukraine.
For example Kanto (capital province of Japan 1836) have 450 arable land and California 160 and whole Japan have way more arable land then all blacksoil Ukraine – this is dumb.
Reason why those number exist because paradoxs needed to employ millions of peasant of China, India, Japan and some others in their states, but could be done better without ruining numbers.
What was done:
x10 amount of peasants per subsistence farm and readjustment of their output to match its new capacity – with that change I edited whole world arable land number to those that makes more sence. Most of Asia is drastically reduced and most new world (especially North America) have major increace in potencial arable land.

Resource Problem:
I was pretty surprised that resources such coal and iron was doubled on release (compare to leaked version) without cut of their production – that lead to awkward situations like, for example, player on Japan actually dont need to expand to Korea or seek other source of raw materials because he is self-reliant with domestic coal and iron.
What was done:
Whole world raw resouces was cut down in size (by 30-50%) and rounded. Wood, Rubber and Oil remain mostly same and few more discoverable sources of Oil was added.
