Description:

Improved GUI for Building Construction List

Features:
– added number of Unemployed (near to number of Peasants)
– added Current Infrastructure Balance in state (not sortable) (new column)
– added Construction Queue in state (not sortable) (new column)

Compatibility:
– it should be iroman/achievement compatible as only GUI mod.
– it changes type countries_map_list_panel_full in file map_list_panel.gui

2022/10/31 – released v.0.2 test version
2022/11/02 – update after patch. Added number of planned construction. improve file impact (make it only affect this list in GUI). Added font size change instead of text truncate.
