Sling Mod Custom – B41.6X MP/SP
Note that only the C.O.R.E. part of G.E.A.R. is required, not B.A.S.I.C. – This is optional and only fixes a cosmetic back placement issue.
Upon equipping it (in one of its 4 positions) it adds a new "sling" slot to your hotbar which accepts all long guns (rifles, shotguns, SMGs, PDWs, etc), with a fixed crafting recipe and increased durability. It can be crafted or found among police/military loot containers and is compatible with Brita’s weapon and armor packs.
Recipe: 2 belts, 3 leather strips, 2 thread, 1 duct tape, 1 knife, 1 needle, lvl 3 tailoring.
Position 1: front placement, stock on your right shoulder, muzzle facing your left hip
Position 2: front placement, stock on your left hip, muzzle facing your right shoulder
Position 3: front placement, weapon horizontally resting on your stomach
Position 4: back placement, stock facing your left shoulder, handguard on your right hip
shorter guns tend to be slung upside down, because of their different center of mass
