Sonic and Metal Sonic V2!
Sonic the Hedgehog and Metal Sonic are next to receive the V2 treatment, as thanks for V1 hitting 300 subscribers!
Sonic and Metal V1 will be staying up but unlisted since it was my first upload; that said, all future updates will come to THIS version, so I recommend making the switch!
– SONIC THE HEDGEHOG –
Sonic’s stats have been reworked to place greater emphasis on using his high maneuverability to your advantage. Maxed out speed and How to Jump will allow you to stay one step ahead of your foes at all times, plus grab all those hard-to-reach goodies while doing it!
In addition, Sonic can take advantage of all those coins he collects with Greed’s Gullet, gaining extra heart containers for every 24 coins!
Sonic has mostly changed visually though, now sporting green irises, outstretched "Naruto" arms when running, and the Magic Hands from SA2 while holding items! Jammin’!
– METAL SONIC –
Metal Sonic plays very differently this time around, and takes much greater inspiration from his boss fights throughout the Sonic the Hedgehog Series.
Metal’s tears utilise Tech X, enveloping large areas of the arena the longer you charge them up. Those eyes aren’t just for show!
His body also acts as an electrical conductor, able to zap nearby enemies with the 120 Volt and charge into them directly with Mars. By lining yourself up for the right shots and knowing when to attack, you can become the perfect weapon to take down any pesky hedgehogs! Or um, spiders and stuff. Ahem.
As a last little touch, Metal also comes with the Doctor’s Remote, so his beloved(?) creator can lend a hand by bombing a set area of the room on command. GET A LOAD OF THAT, huh?
– NOTES –
Both characters make use of the Character Costume Protector. As before, Sonic can become Miracle Sonic when flying!
As part of the latest (May 2022) update, Metal will now become Neo Metal Sonic when able to fly!
Please note that these characters were only tested in the Repentance Edition of the game. I cannot vouch for what will happen if you try to use them without it.
