Troops
Huh. A Koopa Paratroopa of unremarkable appearance has wound up in the Aether. I wonder why?
Troops is a rather light fella, as a result of him always (technically) being airbone. He’s got three midair jumps, too. He’s not too mobile on the ground, though. His ground attacks can be used out of ledge, and charging your strong attacks when running into a ledge will make you fall slower!
His neutral special has him throw hammers. They can be angled, too. They don’t launch far, but they do hit hard.
His forward special is a shell dash that can be charged. Use this for a quick approach!
In his up special, Troops flies in a loop. It hits two times, and can be angled. There is a sweetspot at the very apex of the move, if by chance you can hit it.
Down special has him do a shell spin. Mashing the special button makes him spin more, and even grant a little vertical boost.
