Historical Russian Substates
This mod sets out to historically implement the different 19th century Russian substates and vassals.
The Russian Empire was a vast country which included hundreds of ethnic groups and could therefore not govern everything directly. These different nations have been implemented to more accurately represent the levels of autonomy that were present in the Caucasus, Baltics and somewhat in Poland. I have also added two starting wars with Circassia and Caucasian Imamate.
These nations have been added:
Congress Poland
Courland Governorate
Livonian Governorate
Estonian Governorate
Caucasian Viceroyalty
Abkhazia
Mingrelia
Svaneti
Reworked borders for Caucasian Imamate and Circassia.
In the future I might add more flavor for Russian expansion in the Caucasus as well as conflict with the Ottomans, although there is no plan for that at the moment. Hope you enjoy the mod.
