Bilateral Alliances
This mod adds a situation representing alliance relationship with the US for some countries. It will benefit those countries in general but the US will have some expectations such as adherence to the NPT or fulfillment of obligations under the alliance.

More Detailed Description:
This mod aims to present more contents on diplomacy by introducing bilateral alliance relationship, which I believe is the most suitable form of diplomacy for D4’s neural network to simulate. As we all know, simulations tend to be stable & predictable in most cases. It gets more apparent when there are fewer inputs. However, D4 doesn’t have that much variables that can affect relation with specific countries or regions, making attempts to simulate such relation rather difficult or undesirable. Therefore, I decided to try with relatively simple & stable relationship – bilateral alliance.
