Empty Island
This is just an empty version of the scenario made on request.
Resources are generally only certain places, and the whole Island is ready for you to build a Sosialist Republic.
There are no borderstations and no power delivery from the outside.
The map was intended for use of ships and airplanes to sell and buy goods.
