Aerobus AH290 Mage
DESCRIPTIONThe Aerobus AH290 "Mage" is an advanced attack tiltjet/VTOL designed for CAS and Reconnaissance alongside the H285 "Miaraka". The AH290 provides a much more simpler flight control system over the H285 and acts as an improvement over what was realized of the H285’s shortcomings. It’s VTOL abilities provide it a high speed & reaction time, allowing it to respond to threats in a fast paced manner while still retaining a heavy payload capacity for its size.
The AH290 proved itself to be a valid and useful tool for the CAS role, however was noted for its heavy weak spots due to its exposed engines on either side. However tactics evolved to supplement this through firing from a long distance to prevent counterfire.
START-UP PROCEDURE:Use the up & down arrow keys to control both thrust spoiler in horizontal flight & altitude within vertical flight.
Do not use throttle unlock unless completely necessary, there may be instability due to the high thrust throttle unlock provides.
