Description:

# New mechanics are added:
– Banks (building)
– Securities (good, only produced by Banks, consumed by pops with wealth level 15-99, under a new pop need – finance needs)
– Bank Operations (production method)

– Central Bank (building)
– Banknotes (good, produced by Central Bank, only consumed by Banks as an input)
– Central Bank Policies (production method – affects various game concepts (e.g., minting, bureaucracy, authority interest rate)

– Decision and Journal Entry to Establish a Central Bank (central banking tech required)
– Selected countries starting with Level 1 Bank (for securities demand to show up in the game): Great Britain, France, Netherlands, Prussia, Belgium, Austria, Denmark, USA, and Switzerland

– Services as an input to Banks and the Central Bank

# Reserves in the Central Bank has still no functionality yet.
# Securities and Banknotes can be traded and do not require a lot of convoys.

# Securities are produced by banks with banknotes as its input. Securities is a new good under a new pop need which is Finance Needs (default good consumed by wealth 15 -99). Because it is the default good, people in that wealth level will need securities for their SoL (the more people in that level will increase its demand, driving the price up). For the pops, it is only a good for consumption (more of a loan). However, it can also be used by the industries to lower their input costs, producing banknotes (surplus capital) which are then invested to banks to produce more securities.

# Advice: Be sure to have enough bureaucracy before changing the central bank policy to issuance of new banknotes to benefit from it. The policy will require some bureaucracy and a negative bureaucracy will result to less tax income (more tax waste), therefore not benefiting from the policy.

# I am new to modding and I do not have any experience in coding. This is my first ever mod and it may not be perfect. The concept of this is not too accurate on how the (central banks) banking system works.
