Dutch the Angel Dragon
An angel taking the form of a dragon. Carries out divine authority. Might be from the Netherlands. Who knows?
Moveset:
Fspecial fires a spinning wheel that will slow down over time. Will spawn an Intertial Bubble when it ends.
Nspecial freezes/unfreezes the Bubble.
Uspecial moves in one of eight directions. Hit a Bubble during it to get a boost and refund double jump.
Dspecial creates a powerful slash perpendicular to you and the bubble. Does more damage/knockback if you hit them closer to the middle.
Disclaimer: Contrary to popular belief, this is not actually a "Dutch Angel Dragon", but an original angelic dragon designed by me. Crazy i know.
