Invite the Zwei Association, Section 2 Southern Branch patrol to the Library using 1 Star of the City-level Book and above.

Invite the Zwei Association, Section 2 Southern Branch Shock Troops to the Library using 3 Star of the City-level Books and above.

Added One New Reception: Zwei Section 2 Rapid Response Captains. Now accessible by using Books of Opfior, Alexander, and Magnolus or clicking the Zwei Section 2 Reception Icon below Hana Association Section 3 Reception on the map

This general reception gives Impurtiy-level pages, but it’s beatable with SotC pages, with SotC Row 2/3 being the ideal difficulty.
