Enhanced Combat Page View
Allows the player to use the scroll wheel to zoom in on the currently selected or hovered Combat Page (only in battle).
Also allows hands with more than 10 pages to be displayed properly (with a change of rotation to minimise mis-selections), and fixes cancelled pages staying above their neighbours.
