Kabandha + Radious
This submod balances Kabandha for Radious. Of course credit to the original mod’s author who made the cool faction and runes for Khorne. They did great work so go praise them. And make sure you’re using their mod as otherwise this won’t work. This should also be above the original mod to make sure all changes I made properly apply.
The mod still might need more balance work on the actual rune magic system introduced so feedback would be nice and will be considered in later adjustments.
As stated this submod goes above the original mod in load order, and both go above Radious. Now the mod is a faction mod, so if you want to play as Kabandha, you need Mixer, if you merely want him on the map but not playable, you don’t need Mixer (you can try to confed to get him, or use Recruit Defeated Legendary Lords), unless something changed and I missed it. But if you’re using Mixer, Mixer goes above everything, it will overwrite a lot of Radious changes to starting buildings, armies, regions, and diplomacy, in terms of what units might be in said armies, what buildings are already built, and what wars are going at the start of the game. If you’re not as concerned by that, then use Mixer, in fact I recommend checking with and without and seeing how you prefer to play. If you do use Mixer you will want to use the Compatibility patch for Radious to at least fix a number of conflicting bugs. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2872223080
The patch goes above Mixer and it will fix things such as Wood Elves, and Beastmen since those two are changed drastically by Radious. It doesn’t make the starting armies, buildings, etc. what Radious sets it to. Maybe this will be changed in the future but for now you decide how you want to play, and as with any mods, use with caution. Just a bit more caution when it’s bigger mods.
