Travis Touchdown

Play as Travis Touchdown from No More Heroes! Recharge your Battery by with DSpecial. Suplex your opponents with FSpecial or throw your Beam Katana with NSpecial! Enjoy this fully implemented competitive oriented character.

His Beam Katana (The Blood Berry) needs battery to operate. Attacking with your beam katana consumes Battery. If your Battery gets fully depleted, your sword will turn off, which results in: Reduced Damage, Knockback and Hitstun on all attacks.

Your Battery can be Overcharged or Discharged:
Overcharged State gives Travis infinite battery for a short amount of time. It Triggers after succesfully Parring a melee hit!

Discharged State leaves Travis with an empty battery for a short amount of time. It Triggers when any of your katana moves get parried!

Move while charging your Strong attacks!
Travis can sidestep while charging his Strongs!. Keep in mind that he walks very slowly so he won’t cover that much distance. Extra battery is consumed if the strongs are charged. Travis can even walk off ledges while charging!

Includes a Voiced Mode:
Press the Voice Mode button on the character select screen to activate it! Lots of fun references and hilarious grunts.

NSpecial: Beam Katana Throw

Travis throws his Beam Katana like a boomerang. Hits 2 times.
While waiting for the blade to return, Travis cannot move or attack.
When used in the air, Travis will wait until landing to throw his sword. While in this freefall state, the move can be shield or jump cancelled.

FSpecial: Tiger Suplex

Travis dashes forward with a long range command grab. Transitions intoa suplex if it connects.
The air version of this move covers a smaller distance compared to grounded version.
It can be used as a reliable horizontal recovery.
You can Suplexcide too! Keep in mind that Travis always reaches the bottom blastzone first.

Suplex Cancel

When Nspecial projectile hits, a special indicator will appear on top of Travis. Pressing the Special button, will make Travis cancel into a faster version of FSpecial.
After a successful suplex cancel, a small cooldown starts, represented by a cooldown indicator on top of Travis.
This special cancel cant be used again until the visual indicator goes away.

USpecial: Tiger High Slam

Travis does High slam to his Katana. Hits 2 times, one during the jump animation and the other during the freefall. Second Hitbox spikes and the First Hitbox has set knockback.
As soon as Travis begins his descent he can wall jump out of the move.

Dspecial: Battery Charge

Travis Charges his beam Katana. Keep Tapping the special button to regain your battery faster!
When battery is full, a special sound effect plays. An indicator will also pop up to signify the full battery meter.
If you press the Taunt button during this charge animation, you will cancel into a special Taunt Attack.
If you currently have full Battery, an Enhanced Overcharged State will Trigger!
Getting hit while in executing this Malfunction Taunt will trigger Discharged State instead.

Taunt: No More Catchphrases
Travis says one of 40 random messages. Can you find them all?
