This is an updated version of Noble Frames by Wroke.

I am going to be taking over his mods and maintaining them during his absence. If or when Wroke returns to the modding community, I will remove these mods I am maintaining.
This way, these lovely mods made by Wroke get updated, if needed, to work with any future editions to CKIII.
Fixed:
Some clipping issues with the frames in the Relationship tab, Rivals and Friendships, that does not
allow portrait frames to work right. This affects all portrait border mods that change the 0_portraits.gui
file which does not allow Achievements.
