Skybox and Enhanced Lighting
Allows you to right click and tilt the camera at the lowest zoom to see a beautiful blue sky and the world of Victoria 3 like you’ve never seen before! See your cities, trains, and more in much greater detail.
- 2 additional lighting modes, one for the morning and another for the evening. These are toggled with a menu that is opened from the sidebar.
- Adds a new map mode called "Pure Terrain" that won’t show any map icons to get the best look at the physical world. This currently replaces the migration map mode.
- Godrays have been removed because they look weird from the ground
- Blur at lowest zoom has been removed
- Sun no longer shines in your eyes from the water
- Fog of war is cleaner
- Adds a skybox and makes lower zoom tilt possible
Will not be compatible with achievements as console commands are used to change lighting modes.
Should be compatible with all other mods that don’t change shaders or information_panel_bar.gui.
Put this mod at the bottom of your load order.
NOTE: There is a bug that will allow you to tilt the camera inside of the map at some places that are too high, like mountains. You won’t notice it unless your on the lowest zoom and tilting as far as possible so it doesn’t really effect gameplay in anyway.
