Total Annexation!
Translations have been revisited + a new gamerule for TA to use vanilla behavior of diplomatic relations blocking the diplomatic plays added by TA.
Allows the annexation of small non-decentralized countries that are less than 6 states through a diplomatic play.
Also has a separate option for larger annexations that requires the technology mission to civilize that lets you annex a country no matter the amount of states the target country owns.
Should be compatible with any other mod that adds diplomatic plays, total annexation does not add anything else.
Features:
– AI will use the plays unless the game rule for disabling them is enabled
– Adds two plays for annexing countries
