Reskin for the Empire! State Troops, Greatswords and Artillery
Yet another mod changing armor, uniforms and helmets for State Troops.
State Troops are the standing armies of the provinces of The Empire. They are professional soldiers equipped at the expense of the province or city-state to which they answer
When Karl Franz calls "BRING ME TO MY MEN!", he doesn’t mean a wandering circus troop. Didn’t like all that vanilla stuff like feathers, silly hats and no armor. But I even don’t like the mods bringing full plate to simple State Troops, so I made my own mix for a professional and uniformed look. So State Troops and Greatswords are better equipped now, but far away from Knights.
Greatswords are elite infantry troops of Imperial armies. They are the bodyguard of Elector Counts and other Empire Generals. Greatswords are named for their great swords (massive two-handed swords) and wear full plate armour
- State Troops getting a light armor look and simple and homogenous helmets without fancy stuff. Helmets are not mine, credits: Cataph
- Greatswords getting plate and helmets (no hats)
- Gunners, crossbows, outrides, war wagons and artillery crews are even State Troops and getting the same look.
- RoR getting same look too, but if they had unique items like shields, they will keep them
- Just cosmetics, no stats were changed
- Does not affect knights, heroes and generals and should be compatible, with mods changing their apperance.
- Works for every Empire Faction and their custom colors.
- Does not changes colors. To set your favorite colors, i would recommend the awesome Faction color editor, to change your colors easy an in short time.
I don’t no exactly what I am doing, but everything was tested and seems ok.
