Only localized in English.
Update : Localization fixes, modifier (who was mistakenly deleted by my fault for the whole update) has been restored and balanced : 50 opinion loss for 2 year after war declaration and prestige -1 per month (balance, but if you just want to use it for spammig war, delete the modifier folder in "Steam/steamapps/workhop/content/1158310/2891258432/common/")
