Description:

Part of the Atlas Mod Pack. Buffs Uniques by making them more interesting, and balances non-uniques accordingly. Requires all DLC. Check the Change Notes tab at the top for the full changelog.

This mod has been tested extensively, but there are so many changes that something may have slipped through my testing. Please let me know of any bugs, even something as small as a tooltip discrepancy. (For now, the changes do not show on the Civ Selection screen, but I’ll fix that when I figure out how)

Please also let me know if you feel something is horribly imbalanced and should be changed. If you can provide some reasoning I will be much more likely to change it!

This mod heavily changes all of the official Civs. I tried to keep the Civs balanced against each other while also keeping aspects of gameplay balaned enough to encourage meaningful choices. However, I am of the opinion that far more of the game is out of balance than can be fixed simply through changes to the Civs. Therefore, I have attempted to balance assuming that other mods will be used that alter the base game. These may or may not be necessary to fully enjoy my mod, depending on whether you care more about the balance or more about the more interesting Civ uniques.
