Baltic Revamp
Do you wan’t to play as a baltic nation such as Lithuania or Latvia from game start, but struggle to stay alive as soon as you are released from Russia?
This mod is made with Baltic gameplay in mind, especially for MP games if you have friends that play other Baltic neighbours such as Finland or Sweden.
You will still struggle for a few months at gamestart since your trade needs to be recalculated after you’ve gained freedom, but it won’t be a never-ending deathspiral like in the basegame.
Powerful modifiers have been added to aid your industrialization effort, as well as more starting resources so you wont be too dependent on foreign imports in the early or midgame.
Other additions includes a larger coalmine in Scania for Sweden.
Increased lumbercount in Scandinavia as a whole.
Minor increases to fishing, whaling and iron in Scandinavia.
Oil has been added to Norway as a discoverable resource, making it viable to play on its own.

This mod is primarily designed for tall gameplay in mind in chill MP games where green line goes up.
But i guess you could also just use this mod to play as Scandinavia and become even more overpowered through conquest.
