Squirtle

Squirtle, the Tiny Turtle Pokemon, splashes into Aether with quick swipes and cute bubbles!
Squirtle specializes in powerful combos and slippery movement, while requiring creativity and precision to close out stocks. He can create bubbles with his specials and strongs. When popped, they’ll damage and stun opponents! Use them to extend combos and even create kill confirms.
Moveset:
Squirtle has a unique dashturn animation. He’ll retreat into his shell, gaining super armor and a brief boost of momentum, which you can then cancel into a jump or certain attacks. Use this creatively to mix up and boost your movement!
Specials:
Up Special: Waterfall. Ride a wave upward while carrying any unlucky foes with you. Its killpower is low, but its damage and range make it great for ending combos or carrying opponents to the blastzone.
Side Special: Rollout. Squirtle withdraws into his shell, gaining super armor and charging forward. This move is strong and comes out fast, but be careful: Getting hit out of your shell will leave you stunned briefly! Great as a creative combo finisher or for barreling through projectiles.
Neutral Special: Bubble. Spray bubbles onto the field, angling them up or down. These bubbles can be popped to damage and stun your opponents, extending combos or creating kill confirms. Also knock foes back when used.
Down Special: Bubblejump. Sprays bubbles downward, launching Squirtle into the air and damaging foes below him. If you’re creative enough, you can even combo off of this move in certain situations, leading to devastating bubble setups.
