Magpie’s "Short Stuff" Hairs
Much as I live for drawing fancy, accessorized high-fantasy hairs, many of my heroes are just blokes … and I wanted a little more variety of profile in the hairs that express that.
This pack contains a dozen new short hairs, available to all heroes and random-generate-able on any male NPC. They reflect masculine styles from history and today — a rugged receding hairline, a Roman charioteer’s fillet, a slightly grown-out undercut, a monk’s tonsure.
One of the twelve comes with or without an accessory, which uses the secondary outfit color you choose; the other eleven are non-accessorized.
I’ve used multiple shading/texturing methods to reflect racial diversity and ambiguity in the heroes while keeping the overall look basically consistent with the Wildermyth base game.
