[WOTC] Rusty Smoke Concealment
Made as an update to Smoke Grants Concealment as a less intrusive version done by OPTC.
The original completely replaced Smoke Grenades and Smoke Bombs so was largely incompatible with other mods and had no way to expand on it.
Adds the Single Unit Conceal effect to a number of things.
The default config is for
- base game Smoke Grenades
- base game Smoke Bombs
- Superior Explosives Tier3 Smoke Warheads
- A Better Advent Riot MEC Smoke Launchers
- SPARK Launchers Redux Smoke Launchers
- Chemthrower Abilities Smoke and Medic Canisters
All units (including enemies) in the area of a "smoke" effect when it starts will instantly gain single unit concealment.
Only units caught in that initial effect are affected, so units walking into the smoke afterwards will not get concealed.
It is config optional if units entering the smoke after the initial blast get concealment, defaults to true.
The unit using the smoke ‘grenade’, if inside the area of effect will conceal and instantly reveal, as the action of using the smoke ‘grenade’ is still a concealment breaking act …
The config in XComGame.ini has the options for what can give the effect .
Option if it affects everything or just friendly units in the area.
Option for if the persistent world effect smoke grants concealment.
For grenades it adds to both the thrown and launched effects.
For abilities it adds to the MultiTarget effects.
Should work with everything (except possibly LWotC !!)
