War Of Aggression
Adds a new Diplomatic Play called War of Aggression, that causes no Infamy, with the results of a Cut-Down-To-Size play but without the Pariah requirements, and the target almost never backs down from it.
Now you can press your other war goals in war!

Tired of the AI constantly backing down?
Don’t want to mod the AI to never back down and then having to fight them every time?
Not interested in mods that remove or reduce all truces so you still have to make a play for each state you want?
This mod lets you press for the wargoals without affecting your other diplomatic plays (except Cut-Down-To-Size) or how Truce timers work.
Technically, I have just added the Cut-Down-To-Size diplomatic play wargoal (also known as Containment or Contain Threat) to a play that does not have the 100 Infamy/Pariah requirement on the target, while also adding 50000 boldness to the AI for containment plays (it is normally 50) to stop them backing down. This doesn’t show up in the Confidence rating in game, it will still show up as Fearful in red if you overpower them for example, but when the AI checks if that exceeds the Back Down threshold it adds the invisible Boldness value to Confidence first.
There is a diceroll scalar to that boldness from 0x to 1x apparantly so there is still a chance they may back down but it is very very small. Also has the side effect of the AI never backing down on an actual Cut-Down-To-Size diplomatic play, but imo AI rarely hits that level anyway.
It also means it has a limited usage scope. Although the target no longer has to have 100+ (or even any) Infamy, you still need to have a Declared Interest on them, and they still are required to have conquered some land / gained a subject in the last 10 years. This should not be an issue against great powers as they are always gobbling up land, and far flung colonial uprisings and treaty ports seem to count anyway. Also of note, in the first 10 years of the game, the starting subjects count, like Finland under Russia for example. So you could target them immediately in 1936 if you wanted to, but all the nearby great powers will likely defend them and very unlikely to back down.
It’s all basic and janky but I’m really not sure how to mess more directly with the Wargoals coding. Originally I just wanted to just make a diplomatic play to Liberate Country directly (cause AI keep backing down!) but couldn’t get it working.
