Faction | Red Rock Bandits
Adds two factions under the name "Red Rock".
They range from the Hidden Forest to The Eye.
One faction is the bandit group known as the Red Rock Bandits. The other faction is a tribe, that the bandit group mimics, named the Red Rock Tribe.
