Description:

Loyal armies get upto 100% morale damage/morale damage protection buff, scaling with the percentage of loyalists in pop. (100% loyalists, 100% morale damage)

Radical armies get upto 100% morale damge/morale damage protection debuff, scaling with the percentage of radicals in pop. (100% radical, 100% morale damage)

This simple mod should be compatiable with any other mods.
