No, this is not just Keter Realization Battle 3 again, the enemies use unique combat pages and the fight is also different.
There is also a story which has nearly nothing to do with the actual reception.
You need 3 Books of Urban Legend to invite.
Reception is more or less balanced around early Star of the City.
