JR’s Vampire Coast Bugfixes
Vampire Coast currently have various issues with their campaign skills and units, like Regiments of Renown not recieving most buffs that they should have.
This mod aims to fix them all.
This is save game compatible.
Change list:
- Fixed Rank 7+ army skills so they don’t effect low level units.
- Added all Vampire Coast Regiments of Renown to the correct effects so they benefit from skills and technology.
- Removed rotting promethean gunnery mob from giant monster rank 7 skill, as the description says it’s just supposed to benefit from the ranged skill (while the normal rotting promethean unit benefits from the giant monster rank 7 skill).
- Fixed the two technologies The Converted and Centuries in Command so that lords/agents recruited from Fleets benefit from those two technologies.
Other known bugs that I can’t fix without potential mod incompabability issues:
- The rank 7 ranged unit skill double buffs armour and magic ward save. Aka the Ranged Damage buff for that skill also adds to armour and magic ward save, resulting in an additional +12 armour and +12 magic ward save. I’d need to overwrite a default file for this however, which could mean some incompatability issues with big mods. It’s a mostly "innocent" bug though, so it can wait till it’s officially fixed.
Once these have all been patched into the game I’ll put [Outdated] into the title.
Thanks for checking out my mod! I’d recommend checking out my Old World Skill Overhaul as well, if you want old world lord skills to be enhanced similar to their New World counterparts (like having Rank 7 skills).
