this mod is an upgraded version of the Imperial Graphics mod by Leoi6
changes:
– fixed font (i changed the size so the font might be blurry when the text is big)
– emboldened the borders and the occupation lines (borrowed from tbarw)
– added a new outliner (borrowed from artemis ui)

– bigger ui (yep, all ui mods are compatible)
– bigger macrobuilder
– banners 4
– coloured rebel flags
