Pearl of the Orient Sea: A Philippines Flavor Mod

This is a WIP mod that adds flavor to the Philippines. It’s under active development.
At the moment, the mod contains the following:
* More cultures: thanks to waves of migration and intermixing with indigenous peoples, the Philippine archipelago is host to a broad spectrum of ethnolinguistic groups and cultures. The "Filipino" culture (which, as a distinct cultural identity, only emerged toward the end of the 19th century) has been split up into several subcultures to better represent the cultural makeup of the period.
* Journal entry for the Reformist Path: when Nationalism is researched, the learned elites of the Philippines will demand institutional reform. Will you embrace their radical ideas and prove to your European overlords that you deserve greater autonomy, or will you decide instead to crush the seditious upstarts’ ideas before they become a threat to your rule?
Eventually I’d like to add:
* Additional modifiers to better represent the troubles of the government and the people under its yoke
* More events, based on history, period literature, and more
* Paths to declare independence from the tyrants of Europe
* More accurate population numbers
