A simple mod for the Binding of Isaac: Rebirth, that adds a handful of simple items.
In current total, the mod adds 13 passive/active collectibles, 2 trinkets, 1 card, and a transformation.
Bowtie – "HP up + you feel charming" – Health and charm tears.
Coffee Bean – "Speed Up" – Speed up!
Fishbowl – "blub blub blub" – Trade tears for protection form projectiles.
Oil Lamp – "I’ve got the black lung, pop." – Familiar
Plant – "plaaaaant" – Familiar
Baker’s Apron – "Bake me a cake as fast as you can" – Deal damage for Damage.
Butcher’s Apron – "How could you be so mean?" – Heal yourself for Tears.
Chander’s Apron – "Jack be nimble, Jack be quick" – Charge active items for Shot Speed.
Eggs – "6-Pack!" – Throw some eggs.
Helium – "I be a wee little Leprechaun!" – Balloons can protect and give flight.
Hymnal – "Bored again Christian" – Bore the entire room, temporary freeze.
Lunchbox – "Stay Fresh!™" – Stash your stuff for later.
Whistle – "Rock you like a Whirlwind" – Use the wind to get around.
Oven Mitt – Walk through fire.
Tissues – Dries tears, but also cleans the floor.
Old Maid – Keeps what is found, deals equivalent damage.
