Description:
This mod is a very early look at bringing the undercity mechanics to the Vampire Counts in the form of Vampire Covens. It should not be used for your regular campaigns, as updates are likely to break save games, it’s also very far from finished. Consider it a beta at best, but really more like an early alpha version.

Features

• Vampire Dignitary Agents (Including the generic one from the Character Pack) can utilize a new skill to Establish a Vampire Coven in a city, this skill replaces their previous Hinder Settlement action
• Vampire Covens have an assortment of buildings to build, designed with the intent to provide new options to approach the campaign with, as opposed to just being straight up generic buffs
• Early implementation of Witch Hunter incursions, using a system similar to the markers used by Wood Elves in the Twisted & The Twilight DLC

Vampire Coven options

• Increase your Political Opinion/Standing with the host faction
• Force Trade Agreement with host faction
• Discover region of trading partners
• Vassalize host faction (Empire & Bretonnian culture only)
• Military allies and Vassals have immunity to Vampiric attrition
• Automatic Spread of Vampire Covens to adjacent settlements (Empire & Bretonnian culture only)
• Disrupt Public Order and Reduce Siege Timers before Starvation
• Witch Hunter incursion spawns if coven is discovered

Known Issues

• Vassals are a bastard feature in the eyes of CA, so there may be issues with them
• Utilizes the Undercity discovery mechanics, so there is a bunch of references to the Skaven in that regard

Possible Future Additions

• Further development of the Incursions/Invasions foundation
• Introduction of unique Dilemmas/Incidents in specific cities for specific building chains
• Introduce Dilemmas for forced conscription of Empire troops, e.g. expanding on Sylvanian Levies
• Introduce some form of Terrorizing campaign, to support a more "Mannfred idealogical" playstyle
• Probably merge Spirit Host and Bat Swarm abilities from the Resurgence mod in to the building chains in the Coven
• Ideas are plenty, actually realizing them and making them interesting is a whole other thing
