Biomatter (B19 Edition)

Allows the fabrication of biomatter from corpses, which can be used to heal old wounds and scars.
One corpse gives you 10 biomatter, and 20 biomatter will heal a single old wound or scar.
You can do research to up the biomatter per corpse to 15, and then to 20.
Scars require additional research to heal, but old wounds can be healed as soon as you get biomatter.
Once researched, 35 biomatter will give a single Tissue Sample. 3 Tissue Samples and 30 biomatter can be used to regrow fingers, toes, ears, and noses.
DOES NOT require a new save.
