Chaos can settle anywhere
This is a submod for the chaos outpost expansion mod that adjusts the outposts and dark fortress income to enable WOC to settle and build up anywhere, this is mainly useful if you enjoy starting where ever you like using the custom start location mod.
Fairly simple, Dark fortresses provide less gold while outposts provide more gold, in total everything averages out exactly like with other factions. This enables the player to start for example in nehekara, badlands or lustria. As the chaos warriors are economically no longer severely tied to dark fortresses.
