Cluster Missile

Ground to Ground Cluster Missile.
The AI block is the black block just above the upwards thruster. Add yourself to the exception list by interacting with this block if you want the missile to target other players.
When you hit the switch on the bottom the missile will activate. It will fly up for 20 seconds then start tracking the closest target. When it is within 1000 blocks of the target it will deactivate all thrust and separate into the various explosives.
