Patrum Scuta – 867 Bookmark Patch
Tiny addon for Patrum Scuta CK3
This ensures that dynamic titles are applied at game start for the 867 bookmark. For example, muslim vs christian rulers in Iberia will reflect the differences between the 867 & 1066 maps immediately (otherwise the dynamic titles are only applied when holder change).
Obviously this is a WIP and will get improved over time. Areas that should be covered for now : Iberia, Italy, Kiev and the byzantine frontiers in Anatolia & the Caucasus.
Compatibility : Will be incompatible with mods using a on_action effect at game start. I have properly tagged the new lines as comments in the file so a compatch is extremely easy to make if needed.
