**** ORIGINAL DESCRIPTION ****

This mod removes the cap on the port building (allowing unlimited upgrades, just like urban buildings).

Convoys are a gating factor for smaller nations without many coastal provinces that want to play an export / import oriented game.

While you will still have to pay the government wages and input costs for the port, you have the opportunity to increase trade capacity. In the base game, after a certain amount of techs, your convoys per province essentially reaches a limit. With this mod, that is no longer the case.
