Cities with govenors can provide +1 Culture each population.

[Unique Unit]
Takane Shijou:
Replace field cannon. +20 when attacking scout units.

[Unique Building]
Idol Production:
Replace broadcast center. Can provide more Greatperson’s point and Gold.

[Leader Trait]
Haruka – Turn Into Dreams:
All units can pass the hill quickly, and when fight on hills, +7 Strength. But -2 Strength on flat land.
Spies offense +2 tier.

Chihaya – Blue Singer:
Double speed to gain Great Musician.
Campus’ adjancy bonus provide faith and culture too.
Gain IMR-765-S Unit after defensive tactics.

Miki – Furufuru Future:
All history moments get +1 extra point.
All yields +20% output in golden age.
But all units -7 in dark age.

Nozomi – Pure Love Lens:
Has 1 level of Diplomatic Visibility greater than normal with every civilization that she’s met.
Spy level is increased by 2 for offensive operations.
50% Boost on gaining Great Person points, and gains +5% Faith for each Great Person it has ever earned.
Can use Faith to buy Government Plaza, Commercial Hub and Entertainment Complex’ buildings.

Hibiki – Rebellion:
Gain two horses and iron resource at first.
+35% Production when training all of the cavalry units.
Stable and Zoo +4 Production.
